If you can’t touch your toes or you’re limber enough to become a human pretzel – This is the right place for you. Whether you are stressed out or are a bundle of energy - we can make yoga a wonderful part of your life. We have limited our class size to and offer several styles and levels of yoga instruction that are personalized to your ability, experience level and physical requirements. We also offer private instruction at all levels of experience. Yoga should not be intimidating - it should be liberating and fun as well. In order to provide you with the best and safest instruction, we require each participant to schedule a private half-hour session with our certified instructor before selecting a class that is best suited to you. This will allow her to assess your background and ability level and take into account any physical limitations for which she can make necessary adjustments.

JESSICA FREDRICK is the lead instructor at The Transformation Center. Her years of experience as a ballet student and instructor combined with her Yoga Fit certification brings a unique blend of style to the Center. Jessica understands different styles of yoga and knows how to personalize a yoga program to meet your individual needs. She has a keen eye to help you keep your form effective and safe at the same time. She has been teaching in the Memphis area for several years. She is also AFAA certified, water aerobic certified, has a Masters degree in Education and is finishing her Stott Pilates certification. You will enjoy her classes and make great strides under her watchful eye.
Yoga I
New to yoga? Always wanted to try it but have been a bit intimidated? This program is for you! If you have some limited experience it will still meet your needs. We blend a variety of yoga styles which include the basic postures combines with lots of individual attention to make your experience a great one. You will achieve greater flexibility, strength, tone, and body-mind connection. You will also lower your stress level and find out how rewarding it is to truly relax.
Yoga II
If you already have a good background and no physical limitations we can solidify your technique and take you to the next level that is consistent with your personal goals. Private and semi-private sessions are available with all the individual attention you should expect.

Yoga I & II Class packages of 3: $42 ($14 ave.)
Packages of 6: $78 ($13) Package of 12: $144 ($12)
Private Yoga sessions: $55 1 hour or $38 for 1/2 hour
